One Year Acting Intensive Course
The One Year Acting Intensive Course is a vocational and practical program aimed primarily at students who are committed to pursuing and developing a career in the performing arts. The course is designed to introduce and explore a range of methods and techniques that will free the actor's imagination, voice and physicality. The course prepares students for further training on accredited acting courses at nationally recognised drama schools.
Focussing on classical and contemporary texts students will work with professionally trained tutors within a creative environment whilst observing industry codes of conduct and rehearsal etiquette. On completion of the course students will have established and developed the beginnings of a psychological and physical acting technique that is relevant to a wide range of texts, genres and performance styles.
