Outreach Programme

One of the major advantages of being at PPA are our outreach programmes: we have such programmes with London Studio Centre, GSA, Mountview, Arts Educational and Middlesex University (on their BA (Hons) Degree courses). PPA are visited regularly by senior figures at these colleges to talk to students about their respective courses, and also to take workshops on audition procedures and techniques specific to their particular establishments (together with further advice about the business in general). In the 2nd year the colleges audition our students at the start of their annual intake, giving them the best possible chance of achieving a place, and also high priority of gaining funding. It is our aim at PPA, for all of our students to achieve places at any of these colleges on their Musical Theatre, Dance Studies, Drama, or Performance Degree or Foundation Degree courses.

Students also have the option of entering the industry directly after PPA, should the college and student feel they are ready. For these students we will arrange an agents showcase, tax advice and audition technique classes to ensure they leave us with the best chance of getting a great job!
