"PPA’s end of year show for 18/19 year olds after one year was a match for another top CDS drama’s schools show which I watched for 21 year olds after three years" - Ian Carling
"I am delighted to support PPA as it goes from strength to strength. It just proves that good training, determination and a positive atmosphere leads to success! Long may it continue to inspire and encourage young people to, literally, reach for the stars!" - Bonnie Langford, PPA Patron
"Charlie has been so happy at PPA this year, and she has definitely made the right decision to stay with you for the Diploma. Charlie & I went to another top college grad show which I can honestly say wasn't a patch on your show..before they have even started formal training! A big thank you for taking her on last September we cannot believe how much she has thrived with you all." - Vivienne Turpin, Parent
"The child I have now compared to the one I handed over to you nearly a year ago is a different person. I can't believe the magic you have worked with him!" - Sian Sewell, Parent
"I wish PPA had been around when I was training, it totally fits the bill and caters to all. Show business is tough but with proper training courses like at PPA around to help young people, the skies the limit. I trained with principal Rachel years ago when we were dreaming of a career in the arts, we are both proof it can happen if you work hard, PPA is there to help you. I am honoured to be patron and hope I can help encourage people to follow their dreams." - Kerry Ellis, PPA Patron
"PPA's mission seems simply to be to equip would-be actors with the basic, and sometimes sophisticated, skills that will demonstrate their intrinsic natural flair at auditions and in that they are providing interesting raw material for us to choose from, and candidates with a high level of both proficiency and professional practice. PPA graduates must find drama school auditions less daunting than others do and inevitably will showcase themselves more effectively than most" - Marilyn Le Conte, Royal Welsh College
"I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how impressed I have been with PPA and how professional your approach has been to everything and that I will certainly recommend you to all the students that come through our children's theatre company who wish to go onto further training." - Parent
"PPA that was a FANTASTIC show. I cannot believe that is after only 1year and to be honest, I cannot see any point in them going on to further training as I have no idea what else they could teach them. Congratulations!" - Derek Corden, local business
"That was truly a sensational show. You should both be very proud. Not an unfocussed person on stage for a minute even at the back. What a punch! You are doing wonders with your students in terms of performance and also maturity." - Ian Carling, Chairman Cirencester Opera
"As you probably know, I was terrified about leaving home and coming to live over here and I didn't know how to approach it. I was worried on so many different levels but I can't say how welcome you made me feel as soon as I walked through the door on that first day.
For me, this year has changed me in so many ways, I've evolved personally and feel that the training has been the best I could have ever wished for. I honestly can't thank you enough for everything you have done for me since April last year when I first called up to ask for an audition. This college is going from strength to strength and I am so proud and honoured to have been a part of it.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for everything you have given me. I'll never forget any of you and I will miss you so very much and the family that is PPA." - JAY HUTCHINSON, 2011 PPA Graduate (Mountview Academy)
"Good luck with the accreditation! If you need anyone to tell them how wonderful you are count me in!" - Cathy Reed, Parent
